Shipping Policy
All custom and made to measure hats are handcrafted at the time of order and will take around 6-8 weeks from production to delivery. All Customs, Duties and Tax fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Bucks and Roses will take all necessary precautions to ensure your items arrives to you in pristine condition. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. For any issues with shipping please reach out to our delivery partner.
Return & Exchange Policy
READY-TO-WEAR:
At Bucks and Roses we do not offer refunds. However ready to wear hats in original, unworn condition can be exchanged or issued a credit note within 30 days of purchase. Must be accompanied by all original packaging, tags and invoice.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Are not eligible for refund or exchange. Alterations can be accommodated by request and at the discretion of Bucks and Roses.
All returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery from Bucksandroses.com . Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be at the responsibility of the customer, proof of postage is required.
